Your Key Responsibilities
Operates machines for production of various products, as assigned
Performs operations while controlling machine/production processes
Responsible for quality checks using appropriate gages as necessary
Must pay significant attention to detail
Must be self-motivated
Must be able to function as a team member in a group incentive environment
Will need to cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization
May be called to work on other Assembly areas as needed
Will maintain productivity standards, perform changeover and perform self-inspections
Will adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
Your Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
SPC
Gage set up and operation
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
Continuous improvement approach
Assertive approach to solving problems
Ability to prioritize and make decisions
