We specialize in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Our mission is to connect with each client and their families, creating personalized paths to progress and success.This position works in-person part or full-time, working up to 40 hours per week. Hours of operation include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45am -3:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8:45am-6:30pm.Starting compensation for this position is$17.00 to $21.00per hour. Staff are required to pass a background check before hire.

Position Summary: As an RBT at Applied Behavior Connections, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvements. Your daily tasks will include one-on-one therapy sessions, data collection, and active participation in team meetings to discuss and adjust therapy strategies.Essential Functions
Provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations.
Collect and record data on client progress, using this information to support the ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families to ensure the consistent application of behavioral strategies and interventions.
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
Foster a supportive and positive environment for clients, encouraging their engagement and progress in therapy sessions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Possession of a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to upholding behavioral health ethical and professional standards.
Be 18 years of age
A passion for working with individuals with developmental disorders.
Previous experience or education in this area is a plus!
