The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.The Dayton Division is currently looking for a Space ISR Analyst 3 (All-Source). The Analyst will provide expertise in researching classified material, applying their technical expertise, and formulating complete and comprehensive all-source intelligence products to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC).Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on adversarial space-based systems, sub-systems, and supporting components to develop technical assessments of space-based systems capabilities.
Experience in managing large datasets for space-based systems including transponder analysis,
Knowledge of where to find and apply SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other-INT information for fusion and authoring of All-Source finished intelligence products.
An understanding of how to remain compliant with ICD 203, ICD 206, and ICD 208 intelligence production standards.
Collaborate with external government agencies to establish tasking requirements to fulfill intelligence needs for government customers.
Flexible reporting mediums to include written products, visible presentations, demonstrations, and verbal presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5 or more years of experience in All-Source Intelligence or Space Operations.
Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Knowledge of Intelligence Community, DoD, and military intelligence operations and analysis.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate and adapt to complex technical challenges.
Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
Possess effective communication and be able to collaborate with Customers, and cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and present solutions to stakeholders.
Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Scientific or Engineering principles.
Experience in space ISR employment.
Knowledge of adversarial space systems and capabilities.
Understanding of Space Launch procedures and advance methodologies.
Comprehension of Space-based Tasking, Telemetry, and Control/C4
Experience with Space-based ISR tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
