National Equipment Sales & Rentals are HIRING a full time CSR!
National Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. offers Construction Rental Equipment at competitive prices with a key focus on providing a local business feel with exceptional service. Our rental fleet consists of the equipment needed to service the ever-expanding construction marketplace.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, establishing new rental and sales accounts and providing high-level customer service to both call-in and walk-in customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Process payments for customers
- Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and return with the branch dispatcher.
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales.
- Take pride in all aspects of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm.
- Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate sales, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Display a high level of accountability and initiative.
- Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel & Word.
- Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs assisted or unassisted.
- Excellent organizational skills
Full Time Hours: 8-4:30pm M-F
