Make a difference.As a Branch Administrator, you will complete important tasks such as job lot billing for customers, processing credits and deductions, and managing Company records.In this role you will:
Complete tasks such as job lot billing, scanning orders and providing proof of delivery for customers
Process credits and deductions
Maintain tax certificate files
Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams in order to help streamline administrative functions and enhance our service efforts
Determine training needs for office service/clerical personnel
Oversee daily keying and approval of
Assist with the resolutions of local service issues and questions
What you bring to the table:
Organizational skills
Data entry and computer skills
High School education
2 year degree preferred
4+ years experience preferred
Work shift and hours:
Full-time, salaried, exempt.
Monday - Friday.
8:00am - 5:00pm, or depending on business needs.
Predictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles.

Compensation Details:
The expected rate of pay for this position is starting at $20.54 an hour depending on experience.
