Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Receive and place telephone calls
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - 1+ years of past relevant experience
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Customer service experience
Wide ranging experience with filing
Resolve Customer Issues experience highly desired
General familiarity with Typing Data Entry
Well-founded grasp of Computer Data Entry
Order entry experience
Quality experience with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Customer meetings experience
Practical knowledge of Perform Data Entry
Proven knowledge of Computer Skills
Command of Assist Customers
Proven computer skills
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
