Description We are in search of a diligent Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in the manufacturing sector in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be instrumental in managing customer relations in a remote setting. You will be required to handle inbound calls, assist customers, and maintain an efficient data management system.Responsibilities: Engage with clients and healthcare professionals to provide information about prescription drug benefits Handle high volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction Proactively resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate resolutions Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions Coordinate work efforts with other employees, teams, and departments to ensure seamless operations Use remote assistance tools to provide effective customer service Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Utilize your knowledge in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Claim, and Pharmacy Benefit Management to better serve the customers Ensure timely data entry to maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Prior experience in a call center customer service role Ability to assist customers effectively in a fast-paced call center environment Proficiency in managing high volume inbound call center duties Familiarity with call center metrics and ability to meet or exceed them Experience in providing remote assistance to customers Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management Ability to work in a high volume call center and handle pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Proficiency in using standard office software and customer relationship management tools Willingness to stay updated with new product and service offerings Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
