We are in need of a cleaning person for a large apartment complex. Starting pay is $17 per hour with guaranteed increases every year. Job is very flexible and allows for the employee to take time off for family personal matters if necessary and with no penalty. Job will be to clean empty apartments, hallways and laundry rooms with an occasional day working outside with flowers or landscaping. No heavy lifting other than a vacuum cleaner or trash bag with rubbish in it. We cannot offer any benefits, unfortunately. Job is in Cornersburg (west Youngstown) and occasionally in Canfield.
