Loading and unloading stacks of pallets from van and flat bed trailers using a propane or diesel forklift.
Must fill out shipping records for inbound and outbound loads with pallet sizes and counts for billing purposes.
Bring a tape measure and be prepared to get on and off the forklift to measure the pallets.
Moving stacks of pallets to correct inventory areas or into shop to be repaired.
Must sweep off trailers prior to loading.
Strap down loads of pallets prior to drivers leaving the yard.
Must perform daily forklift maintenance checklist before using each piece of equipment.
Will be trained onsite, but must have previous forklift experience.
