Job Description:
Insulation Barn is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Insulation Installers. We are looking to hire multiple people for this role. As an Insulation Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality insulation services.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation in various settings, ensuring proper application and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment.
- Follow company protocols and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.

- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with overtime opportunities.

Starting Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
