Real Estate Investor seeking a reliable and skilled handyman who can handle a variety of tasks
to prepare properties for rental or sale.
No contractor’s license required, but if you have one that means I might hire you for bigger jobs.
You must have strong skills in cleaning, maintenance, and light renovations.
Jobs will be contracted by how many hours required to do the Job and I pay around $25hr.
Work to be done:
Clean out dirty houses, including removing old furniture, debris, and other items for dump runs.
Perform updates such as painting and carpet installation to make properties rent-ready for new tenants.
Minor Roof Repairs base on your Experience and possible Gutter Cleanouts.
Requirements:
Access to tools and reliable transportation (A TRUCK for dump runs).
Experience in property maintenance, remodeling, or preparing homes for rent/sale.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work efficiently.
Also I will ask if you’re licensed and insured, for bigger Jobs. Not Required for small cleanout jobs.
