Looking for a reliable worker with experience in minor plumbing, electrical work, painting and installing flooring. Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation and tools. Would work alongside current maintenance staff assisting in work orders and make -ready units.
Rotating after hours on call maintenance one week at a time will be required for this position. Our current maintenance team is willing to train you. Gas stipend and monthly bonus available will discuss at interview.
