Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Offer financing and product options utilizing comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.Track portfolio with lenders. Process loan and lease applications for lender approval.Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and trends.Provide world class customer service and support to all customers.
