Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a results-oriented Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales department at one our retail dealerships in the OKC metro area. The Internet Sales Manager will oversee all online sales activities; manage a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators in order to increase conversion rate of online and digital clients.  Manage internet process standardsManage online sales activities to increase leads and internet based sales volume.Monitor and analyze online sales data and conversion metrics.Ensure prompt response to all internet customer inquiries.Recruit, train and develop a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators.Collaborate with marketing team to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.Conduct and engage in regular training/coaching sessions.
