This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and guidance, lease/finance structures, and client interaction.  We offer competitive pay with kick start base salary plus commission pay plan during your structure training period.ResponsibilitiesHelps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to find them the perfect fit for their transportation needsProvides product demonstrations and test drivesGuides potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicleWorks with management to structure leases/purchasesBuilds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer networkAcquires knowledge of the BMW product lineAttends product and sales training as necessaryPerforms other duties as assigned
