We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Altus, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance on a full-time basis, ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities. Sign-on Bonus
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
2.Perform minor repairs and renovations, such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and painting.
3. Monitor and address safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly.
4. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
5.Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass background screening
1. Proven experience in general maintenance work.
2. Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
3. Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, willing to perform assigned daily tasks consistently.
6. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Effective communication skills.
