We have a 28 lot MHP in Lawton with a single family home that's rented. Looking for someone that is a jack of all trades that can assist once in a while when some issues pop up with the house, fencing, water/sewer lines, meters etc. The first project we have coming up is to install all new water meters. The company we are purchasing them from has a quick training to show how they are installed, a plumber is not needed. This role could also turn into a part time property management roll for the right person.
