Hiring (2) Professional, experienced flooring installers needed for projects throughout the Lawton, OK area for a growing property management firm. 3-5 years experience preferred, but open to 2 if training is recent. $18-$22/hr DOE
You will be installing LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring.
Must have installation experience
General maintenance jobs in other fields (plumbing, paint, etc.) also available if competence and desire is shown
Primary Responsibilities:
-Ability to do mathematical calculations (measuring, cutting, etc.)
-Ability to lift heavy materials (carpets, pads) without assistance
-Pattern matching and sequencing experience
-Responsible with and proper handling of company machinery and power tools
-Work closely with support team and management to ensure all products will be delivered and ready for all projects
-Ensure assigned projects are completed with quality, within budget, and within allotted time. If projects are done quickly and efficiently, more jobs will be available and freely given
-Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure all waste is removed daily
-Understand all installed products and best practices for installing all products
-Track on-site inventory
-Ability to manage labor hours

-Demonstrates a passion for the projects and people involved in them including employees, contractors, vendors, and customers
-Position will require repetitive crouching, squatting, kneeling, standing, walking, and lifting
