Are you ready for a fast-paced entry-level position with a growing company in the cannabis space? Triangle Gardens is seeking a full-time Cultivation Associate to join our tight-knit team.
The role includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Plant training, pruning and manicure processes
General cleaning and organizing
Bi-weekly pressure-washing
Planting, up-potting and phase-change logistics
Applicants should be able and willing to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry large and heavy objects regularly. No cannabis-specific nor agriculture experience necessary; we will train our new team member with valuable skills that will prepare them to meet or exceed expectations within our organization as well as in their future endeavors.
Our new team member can expect to learn the basics of indoor cannabis cultivation in a state-of-the-art facility that produces some of the highest quality cannabis in the state of Oklahoma.
