Responsibilities:
Apartment make-ready
Maintenance of community
Responding to work order requests
Grounds maintenance/upkeep
Trouble-shooting HVAC
Requirements:
EPA/HVAC certifications are preferred, experience may be substituted
Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills
Able to respond quickly to emergencies
Provide your own tools & transportation
Strong communication skills
