We are looking for motivated, sales-driven agents who can effectively handle both inbound and outbound sales calls. The Licensed Healthcare Agent is responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales goals.
Option 1: Year-round opportunity providing $15-$25/hour plus bonus.
Option 2: Base salary plus $75-$100 bonus per application.
Responsibilities:
Educate prospective clients on products and services
Maintain record of client contact information
Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into healthcare plans that meet their needs. Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach.
Correctly enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Excellent verbal communication skills
Health License preferred or get paid licensing course and paid sale training.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be resourceful.
Maintain a strong desire to sell, to express empathy while maintaining a positive attitude with the ability be energetic and convey enthusiasm.
Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback.
