You make the difference!A Day in the Life:As one of our esteemed Maintenance Technicians, a typical day will start of with a quick maintenance meeting with your supervisor, reviewing goals/tasks for the day, followed by a quick property clean-up. Work orders and/or turns will be assigned based on skillset. These may include light electrical, plumbing, paint, etc. Maintenance Technicians will be provided with all the tools necessary to complete their daily tasks.
