Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as Non-Destructive Tester Supervisor located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, which is a subordinate installation of JMC. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Non-Destructive Tester Supervisor without more than normal supervision. The ability duties such as giving directions to a number of employees in accomplishing trades and labor work associated with the implementation establishing deadlines and prioritizing work methods and policies. I can pass on instructions received from supervisor, demonstrate work procedures, check work for compliance and provide status reports. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes task in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading) Ability To Lead or Supervise Ability to plan and organize work Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
