Director of Fulfillment BHC Residential & Light Commercial (BHCRLC) is seeking a strategic and results-oriented logistics and distribution leader.  The initial geographic scope of the role includes logistics operations across the United States and Mexico. As the organization continues to grow and further integrate its supply chain capabilities, the role is expected to expand to include broader North American responsibilities and oversight of logistics operations in Brazil, creating a unified regional logistics strategy across key manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment networks.This position partners closely with Manufacturing, S&OP, and the Residential and Commercial sales teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all logistics and distribution activities for the including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, reverse logistics, and value-added services.Manage a multi-site network of distribution centers and warehouses.Develop and execute logistics strategies that optimize cost, service levels, inventory performance, and network efficiency.Oversee domestic, international, and cross-border transportation operations while ensuring compliance with trade, customs, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, logistics network optimization, cost reduction, productivity improvement and customer satisfaction.Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, and Product Management teams to align logistics capabilities with business needs and growth objectives.Manage relationships with carriers, third-party logistics providers, and warehouse partners to ensure high-performance service and operational compliance.Lead inventory optimization efforts to improve product availability, inventory accuracy, and working capital efficiency.Maintain accountability for logistics budgets, productivity, and overall financial performance.Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.  Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all logistics functions.
