We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Manufacturing Operations & Engineering (MOE Fabrication) to lead manufacturing operations, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while advancing operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, Bosch Production System (BPS), automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, oversee manufacturing strategy and capital investments, optimize processes and capacity, and partner closely with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to support business growth, successful product launches, and a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities1.
