In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge customer portals and architectures that cater to the unique needs of the Residential and Light Commercial business.Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly web portals for our Distributor, Branch and Dealer CustomersDevelop and maintain the overall web architecture, ensuring optimal performance and functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsIntegrate various systems and APIs to create seamless user experiencesImplement and maintain content management systems (CMS) for easy updates and managementEnsure web portals are responsive and compatible across multiple devices and browsersConduct regular security audits and implement best practices to protect user dataStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in smart home and light commercial applicationsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise
