As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output.Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5pm - 5am plus overtime as neededSet up, operate, and monitor various types of manufacturing equipment for optimal performanceAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentInterpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate productionPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machineryConduct quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet required specificationsEnter production data and generate reports using computer systemsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiencyIdentify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
