This role is accountable for supplier tracking and monitoring delivery for components/suppliers assigned as high risk for the plant, interaction with suppliers on his/her area of responsibility but not limited to them, and tracking supplier performance.PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Generate and distribute weekly open order reports and shortage reports- for each supplierUpload supplier commit dates into SAP/LeanDNAObtain and communicate shipment tracking information to Planning and Receiving teams to ensure visibility of incoming materialsMaintain accurate tracking/shipment information in SAP/LeanDNATrack supplier shipments and coordinate with Transportation teams to resolved delivery issues and escalationsMonitor, track and report on supplier compliance to delivery due dates, identify risks to late deliveryOther duties may be assigned.
