Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator
1. Accounts Payable: Validate and enter detailed invoice data, scan invoices and organize digital copies
2. Cash Disbursements: Weekly check runs, ACH payments, expense reimbursements.
3. Cash Receipts: Posting of any and all ACH and/or Check deposits.
4. Telephones: Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner.
5. Visitors: Greet incoming guests. Provide service to make their experience great!
6. Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
7. Time & Attendance
8. Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Accounting Coordinator
1. 2+ Years experience with Accounting Software
2. Manufacturing ERP system
3. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
