BOOK KEEPER - ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming calls when needed

Recording attendance

Computer entry for all vendor bills

Entering new customers and jobs

Handle customer invoices and payments

Process account reconciliations

Enter payroll transactions in accounting system

Process payroll through third party payroll service

Prepare and scan deposits to bank

Enter deposits as AR payment

Weekly check runs

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing reports

Maintains customer and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Experience requirements:

Bookkeeping experience required

. Experience with accounting software QuickBooks

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Good communication

Team player

Attention to detail

Time management

Data entry

General math skills

This position is with a small manufacturing firm. Full time 40 Week 8:00 - 4:30. We employ 25-35 people. We offer BCBS, vacation, 401K with matching, Company paid life insurance, employee optical program, paid overtime.
