We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—providing assistance, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, offering professional support and empathetic solutions to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customer inquiries, offering clear and accurate information
Perform initial assessments and provide timely, effective resolutions to client concerns
Use multiple internal systems and dual monitors to access, input, and update customer data
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience during every customer interaction
Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a client-first mindset
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency in using computers, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
A team player with a strong desire to help and support customers
