Description We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the 3-way match process, utilizing MAS 90 accounting software, managing the accounts payable function, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating effectively with other departments.THIS ROLE IS 100% ON-SITEResponsibilities: Lead the 3-way match process, including reviewing purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments to address issues and improve process efficiency Provide guidance and training to staff involved in the 3-way match process Utilize MAS 90 accounting software to maintain and update financial records and transactions Generate financial reports and analyses as needed using MAS 90 Manage the accounts payable function, including supervising and mentoring accounts payable staff Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing analysis as needed Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function, particularly related to 3-way match processes and MAS 90 utilization Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls Collaborate effectively with other departments, including purchasing, receiving, and finance, to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Requirements Candidate must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor. Proficiency in Accounting Management is a prerequisite for this role. Practical knowledge of Sage MAS 90 software is necessary. Experience in implementing 3 Way Matching in accounts payable and receivable is required. The candidate should have the ability to manage and supervise a team efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with the team and other departments. The applicant should possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is mandatory. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is an essential requirement for this role. Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations is necessary.
