Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 15 technicians. Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paper work to ensure safety and timely delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to use FAA approved data (IPC, AMM, OHM, SRM, AD, SB, drawings) proficiently.

Perform and supervise maintenance on aircraft cabin components and systems, including but not limited to removal, installation, testing, adjustment, repair, modifications, and restorations.

Ensures that interior modifications, maintenance and repair work is properly performed and is legibly documented.

Monitor the correct use of tools and equipment, including but not limited to hand tools, required to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently, properly, and safely.

Ensures that work progress is documented on non-routine or routine paperwork.

Organizes the assigned work areas to maximize capabilities.

Evaluate non-routine cards as required.

Identify necessary parts and materials for the tasks and ensure their proper order.

Documents turnovers as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance

Holds current Airframe (A) and Powerplant (P) certificates (A&P) highly preferred.

Qualified to function as an Interior Technician I

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Constantly: Lifting 10 lbs., standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, environmental weather conditions.

Frequently: Lifting ≤40 lbs., push/pull <20 lbs., climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling for extended periods, working in confined spaces. Working above chest-level, overhead, and away from body for extended periods. Bending, twisting of torso, twisting and/or pressure with wrist/hands, fine finger usage, moderate vibrations up to 2 hrs. to high vibrations up to 30 mins. Vision with/without correction; near <20”, far >20’, and basic depth perception (shapes). Working at elevated heights ≥4’, working on ladders, scaffolding, uneven surfaces, and energized parts.

Occasionally: Lifting and/or carry ≤50 lbs., sitting, basic color vision, operation of motorized or electrical equipment, push/pull <50 lbs., work in wet conditions.
