Company :enGenJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis exciting role offers a flexible work arrangement. If you reside in either Pittsburgh or Camp Hill, PA, you'll enjoy a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office and the remaining days remote. For candidates outside of this footprint, the role will be fully remote.This role plays a key role in supporting the team by providing technical expertise and assistance in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This individual works closely with the Product and Business Leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, and contributes to the development and execution of AI strategies. This role assists in conducting assessments of systems, data, infrastructure, and business processes to identify opportunities for AI products and services. They collaborate with internal data scientists, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements for AI proof of concept designs and contribute to the implementation plan. This role supports the Senior AI Consultant and business partners in facilitating change management initiatives, preparing users for AI adoption, and ensuring optimal value creation from AI projects. They contribute to the tactical implementation of AI solutions, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth integration and successful deployment.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Problem Identification:Collaborate with Sr. Consultant and business partners to identify AI opportunities. Work with technical teams to explore solutions to business problems through research and applying human centered design methods.

Proof of Concept Design and Testing:Work across teams to facilitate the design of a proof of concept and testing plan.Ensure alignment around the problem statement and the measures that would determine whether the solution is viable.Facilitate business readiness tactics and measure effectiveness.

Implementation and Value Creation: Support translating proof of concept into scaled use and value creation using change management and project management best practices.Serve as an advisor and partner for change execution.This includes, but is not limited to, working with internal and external learning and communications partners and change strategists to design and deliver interventions that mitigate adoption risk.

Portfolio Management and Reporting:Work with the Sr. AI Consultant and business partners to create and groom portfolios of AI opportunities.Support reporting, ongoing prioritization, and facilitating value capture tactics.

EXPERIENCERequired

3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy required

3 years of experience in Orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions.

Preferred

2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale.

SKILLS

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Ability to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and data scientists.

Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Experience in writing technical documentation and reports.

Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning, budgeting, and risk management (technology and people).

Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.

EDUCATIONRequired

Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, data science, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

This National Guard position is for a INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Title 32), Position Description Number D1652P01 and is part of the OK 137th Special Operations Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Intelligence exploitation section at an Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence unit. The primary purpose of the position is to perform specialized analysis duties as a Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) crewmember and to train assigned military unit members in the duties and functions associated with multi-intelligence (multi-INT) Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) activities. Provides real-time TPED support to National Agencies, Joint Commands, Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Air Operations Centers (AOCs), and US and coalition airborne assets in exercises and contingency operations. Ensures real- and near-real-time multi-INT reporting and analysis by all exploitation sections. Serves as a ISR unit crewmember in the multi-INT exploitation section, responsible for multi-INT operations and production affecting time critical targeting (TCT), direct threat warning, battle damage assessment, combat identification, combat search and rescue, multi-INT correlation, threat analysis, mapping, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, situation monitoring, and mission reporting. Provides multi-INT correlation of data from multiple ISR platforms and intelligence products. Requests dynamic sensor retasking in order to exploit time critical information not originally entered into the collection plan. Assesses the data and provides cross-sensor cueing/tips-offs to other platforms and exploitation sections improving multi-INT correlation.
