Job DescriptionDevelops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.Career Level - M4ResponsibilitiesAssists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

This National Guard position is for a DIRECTOR OF INSPECTIONS (Title 5), Position Description Number T5867000 and is part of the OK 137th Special Operations Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing Inspector General (IG) Office. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the focal point for interpreting, developing, and implementing Air Force inspection policy and wing-level long-range strategic plans. Provides direction and oversight of internal and external inspections, audits, evaluations, reviews, exercises, and analyses to determine unit effectiveness and efficiency. Ensures operational, contingency, and mobilization plans adhere to policy and direct the effective use of wing resources. Plans, organizes, resources, and directs the execution of a wide range of complex inspection activities for the wing Commander\'s Inspection Program (CCIP). Activities include planning and directing inspections that incorporate Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force (DAF), gaining major command(s) (G-MAJCOMs), National Guard Bureau (NGB), state, wing, local instructions, and laws for regulatory guidance. Oversees compliance, plans, and conducts By-Law, Special Emphasis Items (SEI), Special Interest Items (SII), Command Interest Items (CII) and nuclear assurance inspections as outlined by requirements from the DoD, DAF, NGB, and G-MAJCOM. Routinely required to interpret and incorporate complex laws, and guidance from all levels for the creation of inspection plans throughout the wing. Develops and communicates a continuously evaluated Risk Based Sampling Strategy (RBSS). The RBSS is designed to provide commanders a tool to use when determining resource allocation to areas of concern to help identify undetected non-compliance.
