Job DescriptionThe Sr. Divisional Planning Manager acts as a key compensation advisor by partnering with the Sales Executives while understanding their GTM (Go to Market), the business needs, challenges, goals and designing compensation solutions that drive the business expected results. This position works very closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal and GCA (Global Compensation Administration) ensuring the recommended solutions align to the business expectations, they are financially viable, legally allowable and can be systematically and consistently implemented for the sales organizations impacted.This position is also responsible for determining the best course of action for exceptions to policy, ensuring the business follows policy and any required deviation is properly approved and documented.Career Level - IC4Responsibilities

Develops strategic relationships with the Business Leaders

Evaluates incentive compensation incentive results to determine plan effectiveness and required corrective actions

Ensures Sales Compensation incentives align with corporate strategy and sales Go to Market (GTM)

Leads in the design and implementation of new incentive compensation plans and programs

Communicates and explains incentive compensation plans to Sales, Management, Sales Operations and Finance as required

Acts as the Compensation Advisor throughout the year to his/her Sales Organizations

Review new Incentive or bonus requests from the Business and provide recommendations to management

Review Compensation exception requests and provide recommendations to management

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
