Fuel Quality InternshipBASIC PURPOSE : The Fuel Quality Summer Intern will support the Fuel Quality Department in day to day operations.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct lab testing at OKC Laboratory of retail fuel samplings
Gain knowledge in using Elemental Analyzer, ICP, UV-Vis, Automated Titrator, and Refractometer
COA (Certificate of Analysis) for biodiesel daily review and archive
Collaborate with the Fuel Quality Specialist in arranging 3rd party monthly testing of 20 DEF Sites and provide analysis of results
Work with retail locations on dispenser label compliance
Special Project – New lab in OKC research
Other duties assigned as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
HS Diploma required
BS Chemistry preferred
Experience:
Experience in a laboratory environment
Experience in using ICP & UV-Vis preferred
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
