Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will work within the construction industry, utilizing QuickBooks to perform a range of accounting functions. Your tasks will involve processing and maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and managing payroll, among other duties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and strong knowledge of payroll and compliance regulations.Responsibilities: Utilize software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial transactions and generate reports Handle all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely management of all financial deadlines Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy of financial statements Manage full-cycle payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time Perform full charge bookkeeping duties, including preparing financial statements and reports Maintain and update all accounting records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status and resolve any issues that arise Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes to accounting rules and regulationsThis client is looking to hire immediately, with interviews as soon as next week!
