Job Title: Maintenance MechanicPay: $26-36/HourJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a building materials manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment.Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Operate and maintain Lathe machines, End Mill Machines, Drill & Shop Press, Bridge Ports, Surface Grinders, Grinders, Hand Tools, CNC Machines, Cutting Torches, Welding Machines, and Brake Presses.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and electrical systems, including Allen-Bradley and 3-phase systems.
Read and interpret schematics for mechanical and electrical systems.
Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment.
Supervise and guide junior technicians as needed.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs and electrical systems.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machinery.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Supervisory skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
