As a key part of the Ecommerce team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive, manage and optimize our Ecommerce user and buying journey.Responsibilities

Responsible for building and merchandising digital product content and ensuring quality and accuracy

Handle day-to-day merchandising activities including new product uploads, promotional activities and reporting

Collaborate across Product Management, Communications, Pricing and other Marketing teams to launch new products, implement tests and improve merchandising, product recommendations, upsell/cross-sells and search results

Manage ecommerce projects including category builds, product detail maintenance and site testing

Act as the main conduit in the merchandising tools and recommend enhancements to the setup and process

Report on Ecommerce sales performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with an Ecommerce platform; Commercetools experience is a plus

CMS experience; Sitecore experience is a plus

Knowledge of, and experience working, with analytical tools for performance measurement and reporting, including Google Analytics

An understanding of Ecommerce UX, content and development projects, and general knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment

Strong data analysis skills, to be able to confidently propose optimizations

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

5+ years of related working experience in Ecommerce Marketing or a similar role

Experience of working within a global organization preferred

Physical and Mental Demands

Work normal business hours and extended hours, when necessary

Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens

Up to 10% travel may be required
