Perform all phases of software development with emphasis on requirements development, planning, high-level systems analysis, design, programming, documentation, testing.  Analyze customer’s business requirements and incorporate those requirements into accepted task deliverables. Improve the CASTLE application with a new, modern look and feel and improve user experience and performance. Implement minor changes in current .NET Framework - updates with minor impacts on the existing codebase. Implement Telerik for all reports - Transition of reporting capabilities from the traditional .NET framework to Telerik's reporting tool for .NET applications. Provide input to federal PM for: Scope and objectives Work breakdown structure Roles and responsibilities between all parties Initial risk assessment and mitigation plan Project communication protocol Project deliverables and acceptance criteria Change management strategy and protocol Schedule of milestones
