Essential Job Functions:
Support both lease & company payrolls as needed.
Process employment verifications.
Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers & staff at CSCs
Enter deductions & reimbursements into driver settlements system
Enter non-invoice pays into driver settlements system.
Set up Comdata cards for new hires or replacements
Issue Comdata express codes & record onto register, as well as other Comdata-related duties as needed.
Evaluate & sort emails daily
Generate & send out managers reports
Generate Miscellaneous/Reimbursements explanations for accounting
Scan payroll back up
Generate report for currently owed amounts for accounting
Additional Responsibilities:
Carries out other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager or as needed.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications for Considerations:
High School Education or equivalent
Minimum of two years experience in payroll processing preferred
Trucking industry experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Moderate Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook), strong Excel skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter with detail-oriented work habits
Able to maintain confidentiality
Display professional demeanor
Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals
Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules
Knowledge of basic company employment policies and procedures
Clear communication skills in dealing with CSC Centers, outside departments, other team members and vendors.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, and talking, hearing and visual activity.
Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds).
Working conditions:
Normal office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copier/printer/scanners.
