Receptionist

Description As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company in a professional and courteous manner. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position is temporary and offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team.Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages accurately and efficiently.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors with their needs.

Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Data Entry: Enter information into databases or spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.

Filing and Organizing: Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are filed appropriately for easy retrieval.

Assist with Projects: Provide support to other departments or team members as needed, including assisting with special projects or events.

Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with visitors, callers, and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.

Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Duration and Benefits:

This is a temporary position with a duration of 3-6 Months.
