A minimum of 2years of hospice, palliative care, long-term care, ICU/CCU, acute medical/surgical, and/or home health experience is preferred.
Active unencumbered state RN license.
Must have reliable, personal vehicle/transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to safely and personally operate a vehicle, necessary to visit patients and/or perform job duties within the field as applicable.
Must be highly flexible, demonstrate exceptional time management skills, and must demonstrate the ability to connect, establish and maintain a positive rapport with patients, families, and patient representatives.
Must demonstrate highly functioning skills as an exceptional communicator and exhibit a vast understanding of the hospice and palliative care industry including, but not limited to regulatory aspects.
