Responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, onboarding new sales personnel, and coaching teams across the U.S. and Canada. The position requires up to 40% travel to support in-person training. Collaboration with product management and marketing teams is essential to ensure training alignment and continuous improvement. Job ResponsibilitiesTraining Program DevelopmentDesign and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate BOSCH teams, Internal & External Channel PartnersCreate detailed cross-training curriculum ensuring complete product expertise across all HVAC brandsBuild training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, and selling toolsDevelop onboarding programs for new sales personnel covering the complete merged product portfolioTraining Delivery & ExecutionConduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales personnel (both virtual and in-person)Travel to regional locations, training centers, distributor locations, and customer sites to facilitate in-person trainingProvide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for sales representatives and managersProduct Knowledge IntegrationEnsure Bosch sales teams are fully proficient in all products from both companiesBuild expertise on which products best serve specific customer applications and market segmentsAssessment & Continuous ImprovementAssess training effectiveness through testing, feedback surveys, and performance metricsMonitor sales performance data to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunitiesGather feedback from sales teams on training content and delivery methodsAdjust programs based on market changes, new product launches, and performance dataCollaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with product management and marketing teams to ensure training alignment
