Supervisor Facilities Operations/ServicesRequisition ID: 1243Job Category: Managerial / ProfessionalLocation:Oklahoma City, OK, US, 73129Job Description:JOB SUMMARYResponsible for operating and maintaining facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient conditions at all company locations. Duties include supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Facility Building Mechanic Foreman and their teams, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Ensures that resources match the workload. Supervise facility operation team in providing assistance during emergencies and Incident Command System events. Works collaboratively with different groups on projects and repairs. Administrative responsibilities include budgeting, coordination, communication, quality assurance, staff management, safety protocols, and training programs.LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITYSupervises daily activities of team. Sets priorities to accomplish task or process completion. Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan. Typically does not perform same work as subordinates.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage performance and development of members; Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and influence others positively while fostering a team environment; Provide fair and accurate evaluations and performance reviews of direct reports and ensure work observations and performance reviews are fair and thorough; Provide constant feedback to team members on their current level of performance and opportunities to improve. Ensure quality of repair work on equipment and property in the field. Track the performance of team members and the department in completing repair tickets promptly, call back rate, equipment failure rate, emergency call outs. Monitor and control member overtime to ensure it aligns with operational needs of the company. Responsible to promote a safety culture by leading, modeling and coaching behaviors consistent with IIF (Incident and Injury Free). Ensure weekly and monthly safety meetings are held; Monitor to ensure all members complete compliance training/certifications. Ensure proper function of all facilities through ongoing inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance. Ensure Standards of Operations and Emergency Response procedures are executed as applicable. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Supervise consultants, contractors and vendors on facilities-related work. Monitor budgets and resources to meet or exceed operational goals and objectives; Monitors capital spend for equipment replacement and submits a capital estimate budget for the upkeep of facilities for the entire organization. Align facility resources for Incident Command System (ICS). Understand the goals of team members and provide input on ways to achieve a desired career path; Address and resolve concerns escalated by members of the work group. All other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related technical discipline, And 6 years design, construction, or maintenance experience within commercial/industrial facilities; Or Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related technical discipline, And 8 years design, construction, or maintenance experience within commercial/industrial facilities. Required to maintain permanent residence within a 45 minute driving time to assigned service center.WORKING CONDITIONS Office work using computers. Requires extensive hours and work outside of normal business hours as workload dictates. Requires travel throughout the Company’s service territory to meet with internal and external customers, crews and contractors, inspect job sites, and oversee project-related activities.
