One Therapy Network is a therapy organization dedicated to helping therapy practices build sustainable models for serving the underserved. Our team of hundreds of clinicians provide well over 100,000 therapy sessions each year to children and families across the country. We work with pediatricians and schools, educate therapy students, build clinics in low income neighborhoods, and develop technology to better assist our team. We are off to a good start, but there are still thousands of families that need better access to pediatric therapy. That's where you come inOne Therapy Network is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead our clinical teams and join our leadership team. As we grow to serving over 1M patients a year, there are a few challenges we need your help to solve:Driving referrals – Pediatric referrals are how most of our patients find us. The VP of Operations will work with ONE's existing practices as well as new starts to drive physician referrals for therapy services.
Attracting clinical candidates – We're growing so quickly, we're always needing more therapists to serve our families. This position will develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract therapists to open positions, nurture passive candidates, enhance our reputation professionally, and manage our recruiters.
Flawless Execution – Details matter. Process matters. People matter. This position will continue to develop our operations and our operational strategy to simultaneous take amazing care of our people while also maintaining a high standard of excellence in all we do.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in healthcare operations. He/she will be skilled at running high accountability teams, developing and running systems, be an excellent problem solver, and be addicted to using process to deliver high quality results. The ideal candidate for this position will also be able to lead and motivate teams with a balance of high support and high challenge. They will have already solved issues related to related to healthcare recruiting, opening new markets, and onboarding acquisitions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience successfully managing multi-location medical operations with P&L responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets

Important pointsLocation- We operate a hybrid-model and working from home is common, but physical presence in Oklahoma City will be a regular requirement. Completely remote positions won't be a good fit for this role.
Compensation- We'll ask for your target compensation early in the process. We're looking for a home run addition to our team and aren't afraid to pay for it, but if our budget does not match your needs we will let you know before spending your time on interviews.
