Loch Clean LLC – Part-Time Cleaners Needed
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, trustworthy part-time cleaners with availability from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. You can select your days of availability, and cleaning assignments will be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Pay is project-based, with a minimum of $15 per hour. Earnings can increase based on the speed and efficiency of project completion. This is a 1099 contractor position.
Types of Cleaning Projects:
- Airbnb Cleanings/Short-Term Rentals
- Long-Term Rentals
- Potential Residential and Post-Construction Cleanings
Qualifications:
- Must own a modern smartphone with app capabilities
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to sign a simple contract
Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience is appreciated but not required
- Paid, mandatory training will be provided
- All cleaning supplies are provided
Common Tasks:
- Laundry
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and glass surfaces
- Making beds and changing duvet covers
- Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Dishwashing
