Cook/Manager position is full time (6:30am -5:30pm with one hour lunch breaks) The job requires good physical and mental health. Need to be able to work a flexible schedule when needed. The cook shall have a minimum of 2 years experience cooking for large groups. Cook shall have knowledge of special diets. Cook shall have knowledge of ordering food from vendors and how to control the food budget.
