We are meeting candidates for this full-time, hands on director position. Previous facility maintenance experience is needed. You would need to demonstrate a strong compassion for seniors and the ability to work well with various department directors. Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, apartment make ready, work orders, etc.
This is a very responsible position and requires on-call duty with the maintenance assistant.
